What this application offers is an alternating breathing (the pranayama nadi shodhana) for a few minutes in order to better feel the air that enters and that comes out of the nostrils (alternately we clog a nostril then the other).
This exercise is carried out seated legs crossed in a place where you will not be disturbed.
